Yes. There are custom variables on the block that defines the width and padding.
\nOverwrite the following variables in your style.css
\n .wp-block-btb-full-width-section – The container class
\n –content-size – The content size. Default is 650px
\n –wide-size – The wide content size. Default is 1000px
\n –block-gap – The gap between blocks. Default is var(--wp--style--block-gap, 1.5rem)
\n –outer-spacing – The padding of the sides. Default is max(1.25rem, 5vw)
