This plugin will let you add Google Ads conversion codes given by Google.

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/conversion_helper directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
Go to Settings->Conversion Helper
Fill in all details as given by Google Ads
Go to relevant pages edit and find “Conversion helper” box, where you can enter relevant conversion codes to fire on specific pages.

Yes, in future release we will include scripts to check if scripts work etc. For now this is basic version.
