Install from the Plugins page within the Dashboard. For those with too much free time, download from the plugin page or subversion repository and upload docs-auto-tags to your plugins directory (usually /wp-content/plugins/ unless you’ve defined a custom value by overriding the WP_PLUGINS_DIR constant).
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Configure your settings within the ‘Tools’ area in the Dashboard

Great, my newly saved posts are being auto-tagged. How do I filter posts by tag within the WordPress Loop?

Here’s a cleaner version excluding posts tagged with tag ID 42:
