You can click on duplicate link which is showing on post list.

Use WordPress’ Add New Plugin feature, searching “Duplicate Post”, or download the archive and:

Unzip the archive on your computer
Upload duplicate-post-by-replace-text directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to Settings -> Duplicate Post and customize behaviour as needed
