Place the favicons.php file into [wordpress_dir]/wp-content/plugins/
Open your WordPress Dashbard, go to Plugins section and and activate the Favicon plugin.
Open the comments.php file available in your WordPress template and insert this function – <?php add_favicon(); ?> anywhere in the comments section.
