A couple lines is all it takes to convert your taxonomy’s meta box into radio buttons.

Upload the entire radio-taxonomy folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
Any post type you wish to have radio buttons set the “show_ui” option to “radio”
