Sign in to your WordPress Admin site and navigate to the Plugins page.
Follow the instructions in the Admin to upload and activate scripts-and-styles.zip.
Navigate to WordPress Admin > Settings > Scripts and Styles.
Paste URLs to JavaScript and CSS files.
Click Save Changes.
