Uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service (SES) to send emails.

wp_mail_ses_sent_email - This function is called once an email has been sent
to SES and provides two parameters:
$message_id
(string
or null
) –MessageId
as provided by SES if the request was successful,$mail_data
(array
) –subject
, message
, headers
, attachments
