Let admins have a direct way to the translation of a plugin with an action link on the plugins page.

Current features:

It verifies the local site language and points you to the plugins central translation on GlotPress.

Option 1:

On your dashboard, go to Plugins > Add new
search for WP Translation
install and activate the plugin
check your Plugins page for the extra action

Option 2:

Unzip the contents to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory.
Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
check your Plugins page for the extra action
